Manufacturer warranty

Every kit ships with full manufacturer warranties on the components. We register your equipment with the manufacturer at delivery so the warranty start date is tracked correctly.

• Solar panels — 25 years (power-output / performance warranty from the panel manufacturer).
• EcoFlow STREAM microinverter — 10 years from the manufacturer.
• Mounting hardware — manufacturer terms vary; we'll surface the specifics with your kit.

If a covered component fails, we coordinate the manufacturer claim on your behalf.

Workmanship warranty (when we install)

If we install your kit on your roof (the 3 Panel + Roof Install tier), we warrant our workmanship for 30 days from install date. If anything we did fails in that window, we make it right at no cost.

Returns

Unopened kits can be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping. Opened kits we evaluate case-by-case.

Damage in transit

Inspect the kit at delivery. If anything is damaged, take a photo and reach out within 48 hours and we'll arrange replacement.
